Minimum Stay Requirement - All of our accommodations have a three night minimum stay. A two night stay is periodically allowed for last minute reservations (within one week of arrival). There may also be a four night minimum for certain dates.
Booking Procedure - We require a 50% deposit upon booking to reserve a unit. We accept all major credit cards. The balance is charged automatically to the card on file 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy - All cancellations MUST be presented in writing via email or fax to: firstname.lastname@example.org or (312)640-1050. Written receipt of this cancellation is required by our office. The rate of a one night stay is non refundable at time of booking. The entire balance is non-refundable within 14 days of your arrival date. If your unit is rebooked for some or all of the days, you will be refunded that amount minus a $50 cancellation fee. You may call our office at (312)640-1050 no sooner than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to check the status of your refund.
Parking - Free parking is very limited in the city of Chicago. We do our very best to provide our guests with street parking passes whenever possible. These are available on a very limited basis; therefore we cannot guarantee that these will be provided. If it is important for you to have parking during your stay, please speak to someone in our office who will be happy to provide information on parking options in the surrounding area.
The Nature of Our Business - While we do our best to insure that the property you reserve is available for your stay, unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control may arise causing us to have to offer you alternative accommodations. This is a highly unlikely occurrence, but a reality of our business. Unlike a hotel, our properties are scattered throughout the city and therefore if something should happen to the unit which makes it unavailable for guests use, we may have to offer you an accommodation in a different building and or area of Chicago similar in quality, location and value to the one you originally book. As a result and based on availability, you may or may not be upgraded but we will always accommodate you.
